A Georgia mother apparently drove her SUV into a concrete post, while her two children were in the backseat, just to show them that God existed.
The logic of Bakari Warren – if you want to call it that – was that if his children believed in God, they would be protected, no matter what. And then the car crashed on purpose. There is a video of it. You can not see anything about a graphic, but it’s still disturbing.
The good news is that everyone is fine. Well, physically, anyway. The trauma will last a while. His 5 and 7 year olds told the police what happened:
“Do you think he did it on purpose?” The officer asks.
“Yes, because she turned away, her eyes were closed and she was saying, blah, blah, blah,” I love God, “said one daughter.” She did not want us to do a car accident. He wanted to let us know that God is real. ”
Police say Warren told his sons to fasten their seat belts just before accelerating into the post.
You know, usually when people talk about taking the wheel of Jesus, the intention is to avoid accidents …
I spent too much time tonight trying to figure out why, if Jesus had to protect them in case of an accident, Warren told the children to fasten their seat belts. They seem contradictory statements.
The seat belts, however, could have saved my life. Not Jesus, in case I had doubts.
The children are currently with their grandparents while Warren is in jail with a debt of $ 22,000. She is accused of two leaders of cruelty towards children.
